- SEBI notifies regulations for small and medium REITsThe Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has introduced amendments to the Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Regulations 2014 namely ‘SEBI (REIT) (Amendment) Regulations 2024’.
- This will establish guidelines for creation of Small and Medium REITs, or SM REITs.
