Kasturirangan Eminent astrophysicist and former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Served as Secretary to the Government of India and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha, 2003–09). Awarded Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan, and Padma Vibhushan for his contributions.
