The company has rebranded from Kiranakart Technologies Private Limited to Zepto Private Limited, aligning its corporate identity with its consumer-facing brand.This change was recently approved by the Registrar of Companies (RoC) in Mumbai, signaling a deeper alignment of brand recognition and stakeholder strategy ahead of a potential stock market debut.
