Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) 2025 is a national index and survey that ranks and assesses the logistics ecosystem of Indian States and UTs, identifying gaps and best practices to enhance supply chain performance.Released by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
