- Piramal Alternatives and CDPQ-backed performing credit fund have agreed to extend a ₹200 crore sum to ATM (automated teller machines) operator Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt Ltd (TSI) in a structured credit transaction.

RBI, Bank of England sign MoU on cooperation and information exchange related to CCIL:

- The high-level central committee, headed by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, has approved the Recovery and Reconstruction (R&R) plan of Rs 1,658 crore for Joshimath in Uttarakhand, which was affected by landslides and land subsidence.

- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Bank of England (BoE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation and information exchange regarding the Clearing Corporation of India Limited (CCIL).
SEBI Postpones Linking of SCORES with ODR Portal to April 2024:
- The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended the timeline of linking of SEBI Complaint Redressal (SCORES) platform with the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal from 4th December 2023 to 1st April 2024.
- The circular was issued under Section 11(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992.
