The primary aim of the committee is to address chronic infrastructural gaps in the Indian court system by creating a comprehensive roadmap for the 21st century.It seeks to ensure substantial financial backing from the Government of India to transform courts into modern, tech-enabled, and litigant-friendly spaces.
